Dinesh Singh (nickname Babu) is an Indian politician and a member of Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP). He is an Mla of Sujanpur & Ex Deputy Speaker of Punjab Legislative Assembly. Singh was born on 17 June 1962. His father's name is Bhim Singh. Eyeing a hat-trick, he has a good rapport with the electorate. Though he could not bring in any mega project, he is happy with support of the state government that helped him projects such as water pumps for the backward Dhar block, a government college that is being built, and an ITI.
